Cree started with a simple love for really good ice cream. After years of tasting, experimenting, and making my first batch at home in 2009, that passion became Cree, traditional American-style ice cream that’s milk-forward, made fresh in small batches, and built on a clean dairy base that lets every flavor shine. Cree actually started as DJ Cree, a name I gave myself as a kid when I was convinced I was going to be a DJ. It somehow stuck through high school and college, mostly as a joke. Years later, when I started chasing a different dream, bringing the name back just felt right, something from who I was then connected to what I’m building now.
Flavor Comes First
At Cree, flavor leads everything we do. We focus on balance, texture, and depth creating ice cream that’s rich, satisfying, and meant to be savored. Nothing flashy for the sake of it. Just flavors that feel intentional and memorable.
Made to be Shared
Cree is made in small batches for the moments that matter, shared with friends, passed around at home, or enjoyed quietly on your own. It may not always be available, and that’s part of what makes it special. However you enjoy it, we hope it brings a little joy to the moment with a smile.
